Musician Peg Tassey recommends the upcoming retrospective art exhibits of painter, poet and writer Marc Awodey.

Awodey was a long-time art professor on several local campuses as well as a painter, poet and art critic for Seven Days newspaper when he passed away last year.

You can see his works on display at Castleton State College’s Christine Price Gallery through the first week in April.

His larger works will hang at Burlington’s Innovation Center through May 30th.

Bellows Falls Opera House has been screening older films on its enormous screen each Wednesday for the last year.

Rockingham Town Manager Tim Cullenen called in to invite you to celebrate the first anniversary of the Classic Film Series at the Opera House.

The bill includes fan favorites, like "To Kill A Mockingbird" and "Grease" throughout the month.

Along with learning about our 30th president, museum-goers will also be treated to a virtual look back in time at Vermont in the early 20th century.

Ensemble Zephyrus performs three concerts this weekend, titled "Sound and Silence: Music for Meditation."

Marvin Rogers, who sings in the Dartmouth Handel Society, says, "This concert will appeal to those in need of a quiet time for beautiful music of the human voice and silence."
