Jazz
pianist Mulgrew Miller is a veteran of tours and recordings with such
ensembles as Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, the Woody Shaw Quintet,
the Mercer Ellington Orchestra and over six years with the Tony
Williams Quintet. He has been featured on over 400 recordings, including
many of his own recordings as a leader. In addition to worldwide
acclaim from fans and critics alike, Miller garnered the label of "most
demanded pianist in jazz" from his peers in a New York Times poll.

Mulgrew Miller will play a concert, joined by saxophonist Brian McCarthy and bassist John Rivers Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 7:30pm at the McCarthy Arts Center at St. Mike’s in Colchester, VT.
