the fight against prescription drug abuse. The report lays out several
recommendations – including changing insurance policies so that non-drug
therapies are covered.
A new study has found evidence that some teenagers are at higher risk
for substance abuse because their brains work differently, in ways that make
them more impulsive. The same study has also found that different networks in
the brain seem to be connected to symptoms of ADHD.
Rutland officials are calling on the community’s help as they search for
new ways to control drug-related crimes in the city, which has long
attracted dealers from western Massachusetts and parts of New York.
