The problem of texting-while-driving has captured attention of lawmakers, and House and Senate committees have taken testimony on the public safety risk of the habit. But some lawmakers are pushing for a bill that would go even further to address talking on cell phones while driving, and other distracted behaviors. Bob Kinzel talks with Rep. Maxine Grad, vice chair of the House Judiciary Committee, and Sen. Phil Scott, vice chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, about their approaches to this problem. Listen
