The U.S. Supreme Court recently issued a ruling that drastically changes campaign finance laws, allowing corporations and labor unions to spend an unlimited amount on political campaigns as long as these expenditures are made independently of a specific candidate. Bob Kinzel’s guests are Bennington Senator Dick Sears and Franklin Senator Randy Brock. They look at efforts in the Vermont State House to respond to that decision.
