The 2012 health care bill sets up a consumer exchange, and allows individuals and small businesses to be eligible for federal tax credits. Backers say the bill will help make health care coverage more affordable for thousands of Vermonters but opponents say it will have the opposite effect. We hear from both sides of this debate with Rep. Mark Fisher, chair of the House Health Care Committee, and Jeff Wennberg of Vermonters for Health Care Freedom.

Also on the program, Senate President Pro Temp John Campbell talks with Bob Kinzel about the Senate calendar and the bills his chamber needs to consider before adjournment.

And we listen back to some of the voices in this week’s news.
