Enrollment is up at all the campuses in the Vermont State College system this semester, with more than 12,000 students taking classes. We talk with Tim Donovan, the new head of the Vermont State Colleges, about the price and value of higher education, and the role he believes these schools have in shaping Vermont’s future.
