The 2011-2012 Legislative biennium has concluded, and lawmakers dealt with several difficult issues in the second year of the session. Friday on Vermont Edition, we talk with some of the best political reporters in the state about how lawmakers and the governor plan to replace the Vermont State Hospital that was flooded out in Waterbury, their attempt to intervene in a merger of the state’s two largest utilities, and a controversial bill to change the state’s childhood immunization policy.
