As a Republican, Lieutenant Governor-elect Phil Scott will be in a unique position when he takes office in January.  For the first time since the 1990s, he will be working under a governor from a different party, Democrat and Governor-elect Peter Shumlin. Scott will also be presiding over a heavily Democratic Senate. He talks about his approach to this new role.
