The number of teens having babies declined steadily for more than a decade, but in the last few years that trend has reversed itself both in Vermont and across the country. Sotomayor’s Vermont connection
Judge Sonia Sotomayor will be reviewed by the Judiciary Committee, chaired by Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy.
