Six months after the Health Care Reform bill was passed by Congress its mandates now go into effect. We look at what the changes are and how they will affect you and your dependents as you renew your policy or take out a new one. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will make changes to insurance companies’ ability to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions, rescind coverage and impose annual and lifetime benefit limits.
