Brian Dubie has served eight years as lieutenant governor, and now he’s the presumptive Republican nominee for governor.
He’s building his campaign on the theme of jobs and growing the state’s economy.
Dubie grew up in Essex and trained as an Air Force fighter pilot after graduating from UVM in 1982. Through the years he has continued flying in the military and as a commercial pilot with American Airlines.
He spoke with VPR’s Jane Lindholm about his candidacy.
