Political TV ads, news coverage and relentless chatter are hard to escape. But one group in Vermont is hoping to penetrate that noise and get voters to focus on the money behind campaigns, where it comes from and what influence it has on Vermont elections.
Wally Roberts is the executive director of Common Cause of Vermont. This election season they’ve been providing a searchable database of donations to campaigns. Roberts spoke with Vermont Edition about what’s in that database.
