Human Rights Director Reflects On Tenure

People in Vermont’s civil rights community have been taking note of Robert Appel’s tenure as executive director of the Vermont Human Rights Commission. He announced this week that he’s stepping down, after more than a decade in that post. He spoke with Vermont Edition about the legal changes Vermont has seen in civil rights during that time.
