Bristol’s Brian Simmons is the reigning Vermont State champion in horseshoes, and he recently won the New England championship for a record 11th time. This year, he was also crowned the World Champion horseshoe pitcher for the 3rd time in his career. And he even has his own line of horseshoes.
VPR’s Ric Cengeri recently caught up with Simmons at a recent tournament at the Champlain Valley Horseshoe Club in Milton to talk about the sport of horseshoes.
