Susan Reid, a chef at King Arthur Flour in Norwich, says there are three things to consider to make a good pie.  Speaking on Vermont Edition, Reid, who also the editor of the Baking Sheet, King Arthur’s newsletter, told host Jane Lindholm that  the taste of filling,  the texture of the crust, and how good one bite of the pie is, is how a good pie is judged.
