Two Vermont women are facing charges that they provided a drug that led to the death of a Burlington woman in June.
Police determined the drugs provided to 54-year-old Cindy Goulet were heroin and a prescription narcotic.
The Burlington Free Press reports police arrested 28-year-old Anna Clark and 34-year-old Lisa Fox on charges of selling or dispensing a regulated drug with death resulting.
