From winning a Nobel Peace Prize, to sending more troops to Afghanistan, to pushing for health care changes, to dealing with a deep recession, the President’s first year in office has been full of challenges and difficult choices.  And, many within the president’s own party haven’t always agreed with the decisions he’s made. 

We look into how the president’s early supporters and voters are reacting to his first year in office.  What’s been good?  Where has he stumbled?  What do supporters hope he tackles in his second year of office?  Host Jane Lindholm’s guests include the Democratic National Committeewoman from Vermont, Billi Gosh, and Middlebury College Political Science professor Matt Dickinson.
