When you hear about government contracting gone awry, you might think of huge sums of money disappearing in misguided projects. But the world of government contracts is more complex than a few examples of fraud. Allison Stanger will give a talk based on her book on March 17 at 5 p.m. at Waterman Hall, University of Vermont. Visit the Vermont Council on World Affairs for details.
