The 2009 Vermont Mozart Festival wrapped up its summer festival Sunday night with a Royal Encore in Stowe, but it had to be moved inside when rain threatened to dump on the performance. In fact, rain is, in a way, threatening future performances altogether. Festival organizers have admitted they’re in debt to the tune of 400 thousand dollars and may not be able to continue.
