For the past several years on Town Meeting Day, VPR has made it something of a tradition to check in with the goings-on at West Windsor’s traditional town meeting.
Today we’re getting a preview of the floor action with Matt Birmingham, who’s been Town Moderator in West Windsor for more than 20 years. VPR’s Mitch Wertlieb got in touch Birmingham yesterday to find out how he gets geared up for his annual moment in the spotlight, while also making sure the meeting isn’t about him, but about the ultimate expression of representative democracy.
