Vermont’s Budget

Governor Jim Douglas says lawmakers used every penny in the cookie jar in crafting this year’s budget. We talk with Senate Appropriations Chair Susan Bartlett and Finance Commissioner Jim Reardon about what they forecast for next year’s budget.
