A tumultuous debate over the $4.5 billion state budget is
nearing an end with the legislature’s vote to override the governor’s
veto.  We look into what the override
vote means for the state and the political climate in Montpelier
with Middlebury College Political Scientist Eric Davis.  We also hear reaction from Administration Secretary Neale Lunderville and Senate Appropriations Chair Susan Bartlett. (Listen)
