Last week, Public Safety Commissioner Kerry Sleeper announced he’s
retiring at the end of the year. His career began as a state police
trooper 30 years ago and Bob Kinzel talks with Sleeper about the changes
he’s seen in policing, public safety and homeland security during that
time.
