It’s been 40 years since the classic
women’s health book, Our Bodies,
Ourselves
was first published. In the 70s, it was revolutionary. Now, a new
edition – the 9th edition – has just been published to celebrate the
anniversary. We talk with two of the book’s original authors, Judy Norsigian
and Vermonter Jane Pincus, about its genesis, and how it influenced generations
of women.

And we want to hear from you.
Let us know how you discovered Our
Bodies, Ourselves
and what it meant to your personal evolution.  Post below your memories and experiences in the comments section below.

Also on the program, we talk
to Secretary of State Jim Condos about his 12-stop "transparency tour" across
the state, which kicks off this week. The goal is to educate state and town
employees and anyone else who’s interested about Vermont’s public records and open meetings laws.
