It’s been four months since Tropical Storm Irene. Rebuilding and recovery have dominated the state’s resources since the fateful day the storm blew through our region.

Deputy Transportation Secretary Sue Minter, Irene Recover Officer Neale Lunderville and Vermont Emergency Management Interim Director Peter Coffey update us on what has been accomplished so far and what is left to rebuild. And we get an idea of how well the state thinks what’s in place can make it through the winter just ahead.
