40 Guard members leave for training in Mississippi

Another group of Vermont National Guard soldiers is on its way to Iraq. About 40 members from the first battalion of the 172nd armor regiment left Vermont on Friday on their way to Mississippi. They will be followed later this month by more than 300 additional soldiers. After several months of training in Mississippi the soldiers are expected to be sent to Iraq, probably early this summer.
