It’s been an eventful week at the Statehouse. Among the most contentious issues: the political fight over CVPS and the $21 million, and who should decide whether and how it’s rebated to electric customers. The issue has crossed from the Public Service Board, to the governor’s office, to the Legislature, and has major implications for finalizing the sale of Central Vermont Public Service to Green Mountain Power’s owner, Gaz Metro.
