Police in Rutland say a vandal using a pellet gun shattered windows in more than 50 cars and two businesses overnight.
Police estimate that the damage will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix.
The Rutland Herald reports that dozens of people called police on Wednesday after finding their car windows shattered.
Rutland Police are asking anyone with window damage or who may have seen anything suspicious Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning to call them.
