Cider still pressing as apple season winds to a close

At this time of year in Vermont, apple season is winding to a close. But we couldn’t let the season escape without celebrating the art of cider making. Jane Lindholm visited Happy Valley Orchard in Middlebury, and followed owner Stan Pratt as he prepared a batch of cider.
