A conservative activist has produced a new video alleging that it’s too easy to commit voter fraud in Vermont.

James O’Keefe came to national prominence with film footage of staff members with the low-income advocacy group ACORN allegedly coaching O’Keefe and a woman who were playing a prostitute and a pimp.

Now he’s targeting the fact that Vermont law does not require residents to show identification when they vote.

The Vermont Democratic Party is crying foul over O’Keefe’s latest effort. Executive Director Jesse Bragg says O’Keefe’s people violated Vermont laws in their own video by presenting themselves to municipal voting officials as eligible to vote.

O’Keefe says he and his team have done nothing illegal. Secretary of State Jim Condos says he’s asking the attorney general to investigate.
