Dean Campaign Manager Named Harvard Fellow

Howard Dean’s former campaign manager is among the fellows named to Harvard University’s Institute of Politics. Joe Trippi, who led Dean’s once-promising presidential bid, will join Vermont Chief Justice Jeffrey Amestoy and handful of others as resident fellows this fall. They’ll lead weekly, not-for-credit study groups throughout the semester. Amestoy is the author of the historic 1999 ruling on gay rights that led to civil unions.
