Dean’s campaign funds tallied

A final tally by Howard Dean’s presidential campaign shows he raised $50.3 million. The bulk of that came in 2003, when he took in $41 million – a record for a Democratic candidate. The new report from the former Vermont governor’s campaign showed that the money continued flowing in even after he began losing elections.
