Amid pressure from angry parents, students, and teachers, the superintendent of the Franklin Central Supervisory Union requested – and was granted – a leave of absence this week.

Bob Rosane has been under fire from teachers’ groups this fall after he made known his discontent with teachers in a very public email. And another email communication with a student has also raised hackles within the community.

The fall-out of all this is being tracked by Michelle Monroe who reports for the St. Albans Messenger.  She speaks with VPR’s Mitch Wertlieb for this week’s Regional Report.
