Some entrepreneurs are hoping to fill the void in public transportation when Vermont Transit stops serving the Northeast Kingdom. Vermont Transit is ending its bus service between Newport and White River Junction on April fourth. The company says it wasn’t getting enough passengers to justify the cost of the routes.
