Former British Prime Minister To Speak At Dartmouth

Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown will deliver a lecture this month at Dartmouth College.

Brown is scheduled to speak May 15th in Cook Auditorium in the Murdough building at the Tuck School of Business.

He served as British prime minister from 2007 to 2010.

Some major acts during his tenure included passage of the Climate Change Act of 2008, which set a target for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; and the Counter-Terrorism Act of 2008, which conferred powers to gather and share information to combat terrorism.
