A former Dartmouth College teacher and researcher sent e-mails to some former students saying she plans to sue them.
Thirty-nine-year-old Priya Venkatesan says the students harassed, compromised, abused or discriminated against her.
The former teacher e-mailed former students in her Science, Technology and Society course saying she’s pursuing a federal civil-rights lawsuit against some of them.
Venkatesan is now at Northwestern University. She told the Valley News she is searching for a lawyer to take her case and would name as many as 15 students as defendants. She said Dartmouth itself and two professors also might be named.
Dartmouth says the complaints are groundless.
