The former head of Fletcher Allen Health Care will spend the next two years in a minimum security federal prison in Nevada.
A federal judge in Burlington yesterday ordered Fletcher Allen’s former senior vice president, William Boettcher, to report to prison on June 7th.

Judge William Sessions III told Boettcher that he’d damaged the public trust. Fletcher Allen claimed when the Renaissance Project was approved by state regulators that it would cost about $173 million dollars.

Now that the project is nearing completion, officials expect the 600,000-square-foot expansion to cost about $380 million dollars.
