The new owner of a paper mill in Gilman says he will probably hire about 100 workers soon.
The mill closed last spring because its parent company was having financial problems.
The mill’s new owner – Dirigo Paper in Milton, Massachusetts, is now looking for electricians and other maintenance people to the mill ready to reopen.
