The Hartford Police Department says it’s investigating several suspicious incidents, including several reports of students being followed while they were walking alone.

Police say a teacher reported seeing three males following a female middle school student who was walking alone in Wilder. The teacher told police that she pulled over to talk to the student as a deterrent.

The three males then walked away and got into what is described as a grey van and left.

Police say another report came in that a male student believed he was being followed on Tuesday. And on Thursday, police received a report that three males in a gray van were watching juveniles at a Kilowatt Field in Wilder and allegedly held up what appeared to be weapon.
