In Iowa politics, campaigning is a “retail business” where voters are persuaded one at a time to support candidates. Governor Howard Dean the candidate is back on the trail in Iowa this week, attending numerous fundraisers and taking every chance to make an impression on voters.
One of those voters is Ellen Gaffney. She’s a Buchanon County Supervisor in Independence Iowa and she’s just back from a breakfast event, where Dean spoke.
