Museums all over the world are preparing special celebrations this year to honor one of the great masters of art: The 17th century Dutch Painter and master printmaker Rembrandt was born 400 years ago this July and continues to dazzle art lovers everywhere with his luminous portraits, etchings and prints.

The Hood Museum of Art in Hanover, New Hampshire is getting in on the excitement with an exhibition opening tomorrow called “Rembrandt: Master of Light and Shadow” that features more than 30 works of both finished masterpieces and rough sketches that reveal his artistic process.
