(Steve Delaney) A new national study published Wednesday reports on the well being of America’s children. It’s the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s annual “KIDS COUNT Data Book,” and one Vermonter who’s studying the state-by-state data is Beth Burgess, research coordinator for a nonprofit advocacy group called Vermont Children’s Forum.
