Later this afternoon people in New Hampshire and Vermont will take part in a community dialogue about how to improve quality of life near the end of life. The interactive meeting takes place a Dartmouth College and is sponsored by the national Citizens’ Health Care Working Group. And organizers will make recommendations to Congress based on what they hear.
