Interview: Doug Corkins, Tobacco License Renewal

Tobacco licenses for stores that want to sell the product in Vermont expire at the end of the month, and one selectman from Bristol is urging his colleagues not to sign any renewals. Selectboard member Doug Corkins says he sees no reason to support tobacco sales, especially since it goes against anti-smoking education strategies designed to keep kids from getting hooked on cigarettes. He recently spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about his stance.
