If you use the Lake Champlain Bridge between Addison Vermont and Crown Point NY, you might experience some slight delays tomorrow. That’s because officials from the NY Department of Transportation will be surveying drivers for details of their travels over the bridge. The information will help the DOT figure out what to do with the aging and historic span.
