Rain has made for a long week for New Englanders especially in Massachusetts and New Hampshire where many people have been dealing with flooded basements and washed out roads. Mark Bevis is the News Director at New Hampshire Radio. He spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the extent of the damage.
