With spectacular views of Canadian forests, farms and Vermont’s Green Mountains, the northern terminus is known to hikers as “Journey’s End” and is one of the most beloved stretches of the Long Trail. The mile-long span along the U.S. Canadian has now been secured for public access by the Green Mountain Club.
