How will the first national energy plan in more than a decade impact Vermont and other states? That question will undoubtedly come up today as the Vermont Law School in South Royalton hosts a day-long conference on the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
Opening remarks at the Conference will be made by Michael Dworkin, former chairman of the Vermont Public Service Board and currently director of the Institute for Energy and the Environment. He spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the conference.
