This month we’re trying to introduce some of the people who’ve been appointed to key positions in the Douglas administration in Montpelier. In the case of Steve Kerr, it’s a re-introduction. Not long ago, we heard from him as the newly appointed executive director of the USDA’s Farm Service Agency. And now, he’s the newly appointed commissioner of Vermont’s Agriculture Department.
